Started from a simple problem
We’re based in South Lismore, a community that knows better than most how urgent good housing can become. The 2022 floods left thousands of homes across the Northern Rivers uninhabitable almost overnight, and the years since have shown just how slow and costly a traditional rebuild can be.
That’s the gap we set out to close. Families needing a granny flat, tradies needing a site office by Monday, first home buyers who just wanted somewhere solid to call their own — traditional builds couldn’t move fast enough or cheap enough for any of them.
INSTASHACK now supplies and delivers expandable tiny homes, studios and site amenities from our bases in South Lismore and Inverell, NSW, delivering Australia-wide.
