Factory orders are typically delivered within 12–14 weeks of order confirmation, depending on the model and your site access. Some items we hold in stock at our yards can be shipped on the same day. We’ll confirm a firm timeline once we’ve reviewed your site.

Most of our customers don’t — when your home is mounted on a registered trailer, it’s generally classed as a movable dwelling rather than a fixed structure, which avoids the standard council development approval process. Fixed, on-ground builds are usually assessed by your local council. We’re not able to advise on your specific approval requirements — always confirm directly with your council or a town planner. Our Slide-Out Studio and 20ft Tiny Home ship in a compact, freight-friendly size to keep transport costs down, then expand to full size once, as part of delivery and installation. It’s not something you expand again later — if you need more space down the track, you can order a separate additional unit for your site.

Our homes suit most level or gently sloping residential blocks, rural properties and building sites. We’ll assess access, ground conditions and services as part of your enquiry.

We work with a range of finance pathways including personal loans and staged/expand-as-you-go plans, plus deposit and milestone payment schedules. See our Finance page or ask our team for what suits your situation.

Units arrive fully fitted and ready to connect — a licensed electrician and plumber will need to connect to your site services, which we can help coordinate.

Yes — height, cladding, deck, roof style, trailer chassis, glass colour, and kitchen/cabinetry are all optional at the time of order. Let us know what you need and we’ll confirm what’s possible for your build.
