Expandable Tiny Homes in Lismore
Our home base on Union Street, with a finished display home on site you can walk through — not a brochure, not a render.
Walk through the display home
The South Lismore yard is on Union Street. There’s a full display tiny home on site, set up on its own timber deck and access stair, so you can stand inside a finished build and see the ceiling height, the joinery and the fit-out for yourself.

Built for the Northern Rivers
South Lismore is where INSTASHACK started, and that isn’t an accident. When the 2022 floods went through the Northern Rivers, the hardest part of what followed wasn’t the damage itself — it was how long a conventional rebuild took, and what it cost while people waited. An expandable build turns up finished and ready to connect, which is a very different proposition when you need somewhere to live now rather than next year.
The display home in the yard was finished with local trades: timber from Lismore Timber & Plywood, powder coating by B&K Balustrades, and the access steps fabricated by Matthews Metal Fabrication in South Lismore, with the steel work and design done in-house.
